It's nutrition...what about it? Why is it important?! (By Cody)

It is important for a teenager to eat healthy for the development of the body. They need this to have healthy bodies because this is the stage of making sure you are healthy before becoming an adult. They need this for the long term outcome.
Part of being a cheerleader is to increase your strength and flexibility abilities. Many exercises and food choices are a big part of this. Equally exercise and what you eat is contributed.
