Healthy Eating = A fit cheerleader (By Cody & Tiare)

Now don't go thinking that to be great at this you need to have that "slim figure" with no signs of fat. Although being on the slender side does help if you want to become a flyer, it's not always the best benefit. Muscle and stamina needs to be built up to fulfill the requirements this sport demands. Below is a chart of an example of the types of food a cheerleader would go about eating while in season.
